Thank you for your interest in the products of Terrabend Equipment.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Terrabend Equipment Ltd (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship on gold panning products under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Terrabend Equipment Ltd.will supply at no charge, replacement parts of the Physical Goods that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
How long does the warranty last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Terrabend Equipment Ltd.is one year from the date of purchase.
A replacement part we supply to you assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Goods.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from misuse of the Physical Goods.
How to make a warranty claim:
To obtain replacement parts covered by this warranty, contact us through our website at Terrabend.com with the following information:
Briefly describe what happened.
Send photos that clearly show the problem with the defective/damaged part.
Send proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, your name and address. This should be a photo or a scan of the original invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, contact us with the information above and we may be able to locate it.
When we receive your claim and verify that it is covered by this warranty, Terrabend Equipment Ltd. will supply the new replacement part for the defective part at no charge. You will normally be required to pay the shipping costs unless, at our discretion, we determine that the defective part is clearly sub-standard in quality.
